INNER CHILD – THERE’S A TYPE OF GIRL

There’s a type of girl that doesn’t want to do the dance that everyone else is doing. This girl doesn’t want to put on her warrior face and act tough. She doesn’t want to pretend she’s older than she is so she can gain likes and feel like that’s her worth. She doesn’t want to show her self through a cracked lens that she knows might hurt her and she doesn’t care when the world turns its back for not playing by the rules that everyone else follows. In the world where little girls go big and they’ve got what it takes to really shine there’s a type of girl that’s shine is too bright. That’s diamond sparkle doesn’t need to be dimmed by fake light and broken hearts and parts. There’s a type of girl that shines so bright its blinding. Her playground is in the waves and the forests. She doesn’t need to learn the moves that fill the 6 second spaces that others will repeat. She has her own moves and like an angel she opens her arms and creates ripples in the wind. She opens her mouth and sends crystalline shock waves that shatter the worlds not worthy of her magic. She opens her eyes and creates visions that can’t be confined behind a screen. She doesn’t cry when she’s cancelled or deleted. She has true friends. Her friends are the beasts that walk alongside her, the elementals, the monumentals, the ones that came from lifetimes before to help her build her world that screens try to take down by dimming her sparkle. No, her sparkle won’t be dimmed. Let them laugh and call her names those big little girls that are out there showing skin with their egos and attitudes on high defence. She doesn’t need to fight for she is protected.  She carries the lightness of the heavens and rides waves of gold. She is here to walk freely, painting her world with her finger tips, whistling wonders through her precious lips. She is safe, guided, loved and cherished and most of all, she knows this. There is a type of girl that doesn’t need to copy for she has her own blueprint. She doesnt need to follow anything but her own heart and her heart goes out to all those trapped behind a veil of illusion that can’t find their way out and into their own worlds because they’re not as blessed as her, so she saves a space for them at her table and knows that one day they’ll join her but for now, she walks alone because she won’t back down and give away her charm for a world that doesn’t deserve her. She is a real big little girl and she knows it!

Morning all!

Well, It’s the 1st of June 2023 and I haven’t uploaded any of my posts since late last year as I’ve been busy writing content for various programs and have been re-shuffling a lot of what is on here to make room for the work that I am finally in flow with, which thanks to these programs has freed me up more time to focus on being able to offer workshops and more localised client based work using the somatic BODY BRAIN connection methods and talk therapies. You know I LOVE TO TALK but I’m also a fantastic listener!

A lot of people ask me, but what is this and how does it work and for those that come to any of my SOMA SESSIONS will know that yes, while talk therapy is great and in fact the primary reason I set any of this up, we also need to find a way to re-wire ourselves to be able to self-regulate and self-soothe where talking isn’t required and we can go deep within so that we can be in control of who we are and what we’re thinking, feeling and doing. A lot of people over the years have also asked me, but what does that mean? Go within? And inevitably this is a tricky one to try to explain to someone who (generalising but…) wakes up far too early after going to bed far too late and rushes out of their ‘safe space’ every morning to jump on a hamster wheel of chaos and confusion to go to a pressurised environment of equal chaos and confusion whilst leaving families far behind. A world of over sensitized madness, synthetic, numb, fake, pointless, stressful chaos that we’re all programmed to BELIEVE is the only path and the right path to be living life. It’s so mainstream that anything outside of this world of material commerce, academia, economy and finance is so inconceivable / incomprehensible as unless you’ve got a vivid imagination, and that is definitely a key factor for sure, you likely won’t see any other reality other than the one you’ve been taught to see. I say taught because that’s how it starts.

From as young as 6 years old and while our brains and bodies are still so free and innocent, we are TAUGHT the way of the world. Children are natural born learners. They completely capable of teaching themselves but no, we step in and start to tell them how the world works instead, like we have half a clue. Of course adults think they’re far more intelligent, insightful, intuitive right, haha SO WRONG! children are THE sensory experts. They have a far heightened sensory awareness than adults every could have because they explore their surroundings with no conditioned pre-conceptions. They touch, taste, feel, see and hear things in ways that we adults would laugh at. They’re so tuned in to their natural environment they behave in similar ways to animals, rolling around on the floor making strange noises and we as adults laugh and think ‘oh how uncivilised’ not realising that civilised is the entire problem.

An example, I watched both my kids 2 winters ago one running in front of the other. The 1st went to a frozen ice pool in a track we were walking on and proceeded to stamp on it to crack it. She then picked up a huge shard of ice and instinctively took it up to her mouth (it had hanging bits of crap on it) and she then took a bite. She wanted to taste the ice she had cracked. She needed to know what it felt like in her hands and mouth so that her body and brain could make sense of what was around her and she was doing. Minutes later, her younger sister came running towards the same ice puddle and repeated the exact same process. The ice, covered in cow manure and earth dirt, footprints and whatever else to an adult would be a straight up, simple ‘no brainer’. We wouldn’t do it because we are de-sensitized and far too grown up for such childish feral games but, that’s the difference between the mind of a free and unconditioned child and that of a conditioned adult that has been TAUGHT how to live in the world. We need to STOP TEACHING and re-learn so much about our natural environment and our natural selves instead of having it systemically drilled in to us according to societal beliefs and pre-conditioned formats. Adults now are far too scared to touch anything that has earth or dirt on or eat a piece of fruit that an insect has touched because we believe it to be ‘dirty’ but in actual fact, it is just a part of our natural environment that we are disconnected from, therefore, we are disconnected from ourselves. We are disconnected from our own bodies and brains because we are taught through schools, media, governing bodies (YOU and you alone govern your body) etc that it is somehow bad. It’s somehow wrong.

When we realise this, this is the first step in knowing we have a choice. We then have the option to re-set our principles and our ways of living. We can chose to explore other routes that are outside of the pre-conditioned ways of living. We can GO WITHIN. What does this look like? Well it starts with ones own mind deciding that it is going to do things the way it wants. For example: I will not go out for ‘Friday night drinks’ – The very modernised popular end to the week that has become the societal norm based on our societal work week schedules based on a systemic calendar that suits whoever rigged the system in the first place and instead of FRIYAY, I will make a tea, have a salt bath with some lovely essential oils (excellent way of connecting directly to nature in a bottle) and will listen to a meditation, focus on my own breath in the peace and quiet of my own ‘safe space’ do some stretches and have an early night. This is an excellent way of regaining your own SELF control and taking back the power to make your own reality based on your own body and brain. You might not feel that that’s perhaps for you however, we’re all different so perhaps instead you might chose to do some art, paint a picture, go for a walk, cook a lovely dinner…There are many ways of quietening your mind and body so that you can step away from the hamster wheel and touch back in to yourSELF.

We hugely underestimate our natural capabilities and instinctive human powers in this world we live in. It often makes us hugely uncomfortable to reconnect back to ourselves because most of us have so much that we don’t like about ourselves that it’s easier to be distracted and the disconnect is a comfort zone where you don’t have to see and feel the real world inside of you. If you like the world outside of you then great. Carry on but, for most of us, we really despair the world outside of us and are desperate for it to not be the way it is. We are in a constant state of disappointment, not truly enjoying the time we spend with those we spend it with. Shallow relationships that offer no meaning. Mindless endeavours that keep us chasing a thrill over and over because the normal isn’t really doing it for us so we become disruptive and destructive forces in our own lives and because we can’t seem to find the peace and harmony from within ourselves we tend to turn to drink and substance or the thrill of a moment with someone where when the moment it’s over, we wish we hadn’t gone there and are still left feeling dissatisfied and empty. This is because what you’re chasing isn’t what is real. You’re chasing a FEELING and expecting it to come in the form of a fling, a person, a material possession, a bank balance or a shopping spree. Nope, that’s unfortunately not how you find it. Sorry to say, but the only way you will find that thrill it by closing off the material world outside of you. That false, illusive world that is breaking you and face yourself on the inside to ask, what is it that you really want? I’ll bet it’s a feeling. You want to feel happy. You want to feel loved. You want to feel free. You want to feel safe. You want to feel fulfilled. Like yourself or not, the only way to find those feelings in inside of you.

INSIDE OF YOUR OWN BODY AND BRAIN

Every single thing in this world we live in is based on emotion and feeling. EMOTION = ENERGY IN MOTION. The second you can switch off the outside world and connect to yourself in a quiet place (and eventually in a busy place, it won’t matter) you will be able to master the art of playing both worlds together. The external world that you see outside of you and the inner world that is existing inside of you and the most amazing things can happen when you start to do this consciously, with awareness. EVERYTHING IS AWARENESS. If you are aware of what is going on inside and out, you will be able to feel a deeper resonance to the worlds around you. You will be able to understand your body and the signals it is sending you. Often times, pain shows up in the body as a way to signal that something needs your attention. It doesn’t always signify that you have a disease or illness and that you need to start to panic, (I’ve been there believe me) and instead it can simply be a way of your nervous system telling you to slow down, drink more, sleep more, sleep less, go for a walk, go somewhere quiet, go within.

We all know the primary sensory telling’s of our body. We know when our body tells us it’s too hot or cold because we’re designed to either sweat or shiver. When it’s hungry our tummy grumbles, when we’re tired we yawn and start to sleepily shut down. We THINK all of our feelings show up in our minds because we’re led by our minds but, FEELINGS show up in our bodies because our bodies are what SENSE the world around us. All those feelings are what consist of our primary life experience far before the mind gets in the way. Without them, your mind wouldn’t be able to exist. We FEEL tired, we FEEL hot or cold, we FEEL happy or sad because such and such happened. Literally every single moment of our waking reality is spent feeling things that then end up going from the body to the brain via sensory nerve fibres and neuropathways and then, based on our FEELINGS we process thought. See, how important it is to be able to identify and understand our feelings at all times? And how sad it is that we are so programmed in this false world we live in, to not feel. Leave your feelings at home, don’t bring them to the work place = You are a robot with no sensory input / output please act accordingly. Stop crying = Don’t show you have emotions. Stop daydreaming = Stay in this box reality and don’t wander inside – We have been so taught to not express, understand or connect to our emotions that we somehow view them as bad thigs. Please know, without them, you literally are just a robot and with robots coming in for the snatch right now, it’s about time you showed them who and what the human superpower is and what you can do that they cannot otherwise, it’s game over!

So what do emotions in our body look like? If it’s true that our feelings inhabit our physical bodies, what does this mean? Let’s just look at a few for an example…First of all, let’s note that there is NO SUCH THING as a bad emotion. All emotions are useful and helpful if used accordingly. For instance, ANGER is an emotion that if harnessed positively can turn a bad situation (yes, situations can be bad) in to a good one from transmuting that feeling of anger in its raw form in to something productive. Anger tends to come from base feelings of sadness or fear and if projected outwards in a healthy way can be used as building bocks to reconstruct previous feelings or sadness, frustration, fear etc in to far more useful ones such as growth, joy and fulfilment. If not harnessed correctly via outward projection, the feelings will remain ‘inside’ and will take up residence within the body – This will lead to dis-ease and imbalance. Not healthy! ( healthy = heal thy – heal thySELF….)

PLEASE NOTE THAT AS HUMAN BEINGS IN A HUMAN BODY, WE ARE BIOTECH IN AND OF ITSELF. WE DO NOT NEED EXTERNAL INFLUENCE TO ACHIEVE THIS – WE ALREADY ARE THIS. OUR SOFT TECH BODY IS PURELY ALCHEMICAL AND REACTS TO THE OUTWARD ENVIRONMMENT, WHICH IS WHY IT IS SO IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THE BODY AND BE AWARE OF WHAT IT IS FEELING – THE MIND WILL THEN THINK BUT THE FEELING COMES FIRST

AN EXAMPLE OF EMOTIONS STORED IN THE BODY – ANGER:

When we’re angry, our body temperature rises (biological and alchemical combination) and that heat, unless processed properly will stay stored in the liver. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the liver is the root cause of all diseases, hence why I am using this one as an example to demonstrate the impact of our emotions on the body.

As mentioned above, we are biological and alchemical beings. This is undeniable unless you are from somewhere else never heard of…..And within these undeniable factors within this realm we live in, there are elements that effect the process of our healing or further disease. For example, if you have a common cold, you know that standing in the wet, rain and wind is not a good idea. The same theory applies in TCM where according to the liver (hepatic system) there are 6 excesses that must be balanced in order for the hepatic system to work properly. These are

  • WIND
  • COLD
  • DRYNESS
  • MOISTURE
  • HEAT
  • PHLEGM

If the liver gets too hot, it will end up overloaded with toxins and stress that will then lead to the inability to function properly. This will then show up in the body in ways such as:

  • Dizziness
  • Chest pain
  • Dry mouth
  • Insomnia
  • Headache
  • Rapid pulse
  • Bloodshot eyes
  • Flushed face
  • Digestive symptoms such as belching, feelings of fullness, lump in throat

But the one main feeling with liver fire will be an underlying feeling of anger – The word LIVID, describes a state of intense anger. In psychoanalysis, the ID stems from the Freudian belief that the ID is the source of all psychic energy. The ID, EGO AND SUPEREGO concepts come from here. LIV – identifies the liver, ID comes from the the part of the mind in which innate instinctive impulses and primary processes are manifest: Resentment, depression, frustration are all sub-feelings that go hand in hand with anger and will move through your bodies pathways until they set up home in the comfy liver zone where the heat can thrive. If you’re feeling feelings of anger, bitterness (and they call it bitterness for a reason – it is bitter, like a lemon) resentment, frustration, the WORST THINGS YOU CAN DO are

  • DRINK ALCOHOL – This will lead to huge toxin overload and will poison the system leading to huge burnout.
  • EAT FRIED AND SPICY FOODS – these add fuel to the fire and you’ll notice how after foods like these you always end up burping? Yup that’s the liver fire. Its burning good and proper!
  • DRINK CAFFEINE – This is a big problem in our society where we’re all addicted to coffee like there’s no tomorrow! Sorry, but it’s not great for liver heat. You’re better off with a peppermint tea or a lemon water. (You think that that’s boring but how do you FEEL about it?)

The specifics on anger are to confirm what has been mentioned above and I believe it is the one main emotional ranges we should be working with right now in order to transmute a lot of complex, combined feelings that are getting in our way of progress and rather use them to re-direct stress, fear, frustration and conflict in to more progressive, productive streams of power lines

SEE HOW FEELINGS RULE – WHAT ELSE DO THEY RULE?

I’ll tell you a secret – I often think, if I had loads of spare money, I would go a spending spree and replenish my herbal cabinet. All my essential oils, my tinctures, my supplements that cost an arm and a leg and I’d spend days making all my soaps and balms and body oils (I haven’t bought a store bought beauty product in years – Why? Because I love making my own out of ingredients I know are great for my body and brain) and the anticipation of a great big shopping haul to get all these treats and pleasures are all about feelings rather than the action or thought involved in the spending of money to acquire these things. It’s all about how it makes you FEEL. So if we can’t just get in the car and head out to do these things because we haven’t the time or resources, it makes us feel like we have a lack somewhere. That we aren’t fortunate enough or that life is shit and we aren’t deserving. But perhaps sometimes, these restrictions, these seeming lacks are to draw us in to the place where we need to be reminded of what’s really important. What the value of things are instead of the wasted energy involved in spending resources for momentary feelings of pleasure. That you can still be healthy and abundant with what you do have and what is free from nature that you can quite as easily obtain without needing to head to a store and buy it in a fancy packaged bottle. Your lavender oil that you’d love to own in a pretty bottle so you can drop a few drops in your bath can still be obtained and enjoyed equally by taking a walk and picking some from a field for free instead of a store for bucks. Be honest with yourself though. Would you still FEEL as happy and fulfilled? If not, why not? If it all comes down to a feeling, dig deep on that! Money is currency but so is nature.

We have this programmed concept in-built where we are so trained to value the material world. Christmas – We must go buy all the pretty boxes and shiny things that are advertised all over the TV and displayed in every shop window but then you go buy all this stuff for your kids, and they end up playing with a cardboard box and the wrapping paper for days. Again, children know the value of things and it isn’t in the material shiny object. It is in the packaging haha, it is in what they can tangibly play with that creates sensory pleasure. For us adults, the packaging is the worst part. It makes a mess! God, we can’t have a mess! The point I’m making is, we need to re-set out minds to that of a Childs. We need to go back to basics and nature to re-install our value and purpose because this material world might just be coming to a crashing end and then what will we be left with? A whole lot of fear for most I’m sure but for those that have already tapped in to their senses and their inner world, they know there’s nothing to fear because with our senses and our imagination (I MAGIC NATION – I CREATE MY OWN NATION) You can create your own reality out of pure value. What is pure value? It is emotion. IT is feeling. The highest feeling being love.

If we can get to that place where that can lead, imagine (image – ing) what the world could look like! The power of visualisation is HUGE! And when we understand our feelings and can tune in to the world inside of us where feelings rule and we can create our own image-in -ated world’s then the world outside will change. This seems like a stretch a lot of the time hey! It seems as though there’s so much chaos and conflict in the world right now and those feelings of fear, anger and frustration are leading the way, right? Sure, for now but as mentioned above, we need to use our bodies and our brains simultaneously to transmute those energetic emotions and feelings in to something positive, not negative. There is no such thing as a negative emotion. There is only a negative response to a poor emotional reaction. Feel angry, sure, but let it out and release it in to something constructive and powerful. Don’t let it sit inside of you. See, how we are taught not to. That only makes you sick. And they want you to be sick because the spinning world runs on a spinning wheel of sickness and disease. It’s how it all goes round. If people weren’t sick anymore, they wouldn’t stay on the spinning wheel. They’d see that the wheel was the problem and they’d get off and go inside. They’d stop the wheel from spinning. It’s only us and our sickness that enables it to spin.

So, I encourage you to listen to your body. Quieten your mind and rest yourself so that you can hear the fine tunings of what is being whispered inside of you. I promise you, it’s not woo woo! Woo woo is the world we’ve been living in! You can stay there and normalise that all you like but no, the time is up on shutting out our feelings. There are too many of us seeing, sensing and feeling that the world is very sick now for it to continue being normalised. When kids cry, shout, stomp, throw things and act raw about life, THAT is what we should be tapping in to. Feelings are everything. Feelings are what drive us forwards and it’s perfectly ok to feel them. The trick is learning how to harness the energy of a feeling and use it to your advantage. That my friends, is pure magic!

WHAT DO YOU STAND FOR? TRUTH BE TOLD. PART 1 – WHO ARE YOU?

PART 1 – WHO ARE YOU?

Isn’t it funny when, THEY TRY TO DRAG YOU DOWN but that only rises you up even higher!

               What do you stand for? I did a podcast where I ask exactly this. And in that podcast you will hear me state very clearly, that in order to really know what you stand for, you have to know WHO YOU ARE. You have to be VERY clear on WHO YOU ARE!

Back in 2020, I went on a self-discovery mission. It started when I was in the phase of my degree modules looking at ‘THE SELF’ from a philosophical and psychological perspective and in breaking down the attributes that determine the self, it made me really see things from a multi-angular perspective. It really made me tap in to parts of myself I never knew existed. This, my friends, is growth. Evolution of our interpersonal and intrapersonal selves and how we help shift our collective.

I went through this thing where song lyrics started to have a deeper impact on me and I really started having AHA moments where the meanings behind a lot of things I had never clicked with before started to really hold new weight and make sense to me in a way they never had before. One in particular, was the song the pretender, Foo Fighters, where please, go listen yourself but, in a nutshell, WHO ARE YOU? And are you going to stand up for the truth, your worth, your authenticity?

In order to do that, you have to peel back all the layers and go inside and underneath to find out WHO YOU ARE! This my friends, is what is otherwise known as ‘the dark night of the soul’. The beginning of your self discovery journey and it is painful, brutal and will shake your world so wildly you won’t be the same person on the other side that you were when you first went in. The alchemist is the one who transforms their pain in to wisdom. Now thyself!

One thing on that, is the difference between your ROLE and your identity. If you label yourself as ‘Mum, Wife, Friend, Accountant, Teacher etc etc’ then you are limiting yourself because those roles are ever evolving and when they shift and change, our only constant, you will be left with ZERO SELF WORTH and you will not be able to form authentic relationships or fulfilling life possibilities because you are not putting any essence of YOU in to the parts of your life that require more. Those parts require YOU and you can never get what you want out of life if you’re coming from a place of unknowing, inauthentic pretence, superficial understanding and limited belief. This is the problem with most of the world. We are too afraid to BE who we truly are. The real I AM that comes from identity and not role. That part of you that is soul based and goes deeper than the role. I AM an introvert / extrovert. I AM quiet / reflective. I AM a person that dreams almost every night or that gets deeply affected when I listen to Chopin. I love walks in the rain because it makes me feel…..I love swims in the sea though I AM afraid of deep water. I LOVE psychology. I DO NOT LOVE maths. I LOVE to star gaze. I AM an empath….you see, its far deeper than I AM a mum. I LOVE being a mum but I am more than just my role. It does not define who I truly am. In honesty, nor does the above either on a grander scale because if we look further a field in to other energetics (story for another time) then we are even more than that too. This again, is evolution but, right now, we’re at the birthing stages of a new understanding so baby steps are required. Let’s not go too fast but, lets at least start somewhere…And that somewhere is exactly what I AM talking about! WHO ARE YOU? Dare to question it please!

ACCOUNTABILITY – The only way you can be true to your SELF is by being accountable for the things you have done wrong, said wrong and perceived wrong so that you can say ‘Ah, ok, I see it now. That was not right. I was wrong and I AM sorry.’ I have come to learn as mentioned in the podcast, that I cannot lie any more. It destroys ME and my light to lie. I have to come from a place of truth otherwise I will have to repeat repeat repeat the same lessons over and over until I have figured it out, and I don’t want to continue in these lower energies where the pain is held because I want to be free from those parts of me that I have held to account. But, on the other side of this is, if I see someone else also needing to be held accountable that’s energy or consequence is entering in to my life and embedding its effects there, I will say so and I will hold them accountable too, for I cannot do the work on me and my life and surroundings for someone else to come by and shatter it all through their fault and soulless destruction. No! And this is what we all must do, for we only ever rise up when we are shown that we are at fault and that fault needs correcting. As adults, we seem to have this misinformed notion that we must discipline and rule over children. That we are the authority over them and that they must do as we say. I would argue that most adults are in need of strong re-correctional behavioural and mental awareness themselves and that they’re in no position to set the standards for our youth until they’ve done that work themselves. I would also go as far as to say that the youth that present problems of self-worth and who display temperaments of bad ego, bullying, rudeness, bipolar disorder, anxiety and depression stem from adults who are harbouring trauma, do not take accountability and do not know themselves. These are trauma cycles that, as I have said time and time again, unless we cut the cords, bonds and shackles and break free from these learned behavioural loops that are embedded in our generational lineage, we will be doomed to repeat repeat repeat until we do.

Well, I am done! That’s why, this little black sheep is no longer afraid to speak her truth or show up in her own way any more. You may say whatever you like. You may not understand but….I DO! Those that judge others don’t even know themselves so what does it matter, right?

I went through some old twitter posts last night after a friends daughter came over and they found me online haha and I am historically very private about my twitter with my closest, nearest and dearest as that’s my place to get weird and be me, as she called it ‘unhinged’. It’s been one of the greatest learning platforms for growth and development and I have embraced the far outness that has come from many of those I network with there but I never wanted anyone in my daily life to know it was me or see what I was saying in case it could be used against me, except how can it? I am all clear, because I’ve done the work! And given certain recent events on a personal scale where I have been abused by a poor, sad narcissist that refused my light and their own, it has only confirmed my calling to me and made me rise up even higher, so, I reject my own doubts and fears and I am out there, ME, MYSELF AND I and I don’t care who knows it or sees it because I have nothing to hide and my messages are ALL to help others rise up and hold themselves to account so that they can also do the same.

IT’S TIME!

I have spent years now, studying various degree fields in philosophy, psychology, theology and so on and so on, and all because I have a deep, intrinsic need to know why we’re here and who we are so that with that knowledge, I can change the world. Sounds a big job right? I can’t do it alone though….In the last few years, I’ve found my army. I am armed to the hills with the highest forces and some of the most incredible souls I’ve ever met! The universe, once you understand how it all works and understand the part you play (role) Who you are (soul) and why we’re here (Goal) all comes together to assist. I lost all my anxiety and fear 2 years ago. It melted away like butter in a pan. Ask my husband, the difference between the person I was before I found myself to the person I am now…..And you can do it to! SO, WHO ARE YOU? Don’t be a pretender!

This time of year, the GOLDEN PERIOD, where all the leaves fall and we, like the trees release what we no longer need to hold on to and let it die away so that what we can hold on to is the GOLD – (Au) for the coming period in our resting Tombs (Autumn)

For all you sunset lovers out there, the fall and rise of the gold is here to remind us of our childhood innocence and purity. Letting go of all that which taints us is what we need to focus on right now so that we can remain in our golden state.

Well would you know? True and false light? Is that really a thing?

I ended up on a twitter thread challenging the damages of the vax the other day. Not that I am saying the vax don’t cause issues or that they do, the point I was trying to make is that the issue is bigger than that. Deeper than that. On a superficial level, sure, we can look at anything that presents a problem and cast the blame somewhere. Our diets, too much coffee, too much sugar, too much alcohol etc and of course life would be far cleaner and leaner if we didn’t inject these things or anything into our bodies but the point I was trying to make is that it is all, as far as I am concerned, a huge distraction.

SO THEN, A DISTRACTION FROM WHAT EXACTLY?

The person I was challenging came back and said that there was no way to transmute the damage caused by these killer jabs and I do agree that there is a lot out there that gets into our system that is seemingly impossible to heal, transmute, cure etc but we all made our choices for reasons far deeper than the answers that seemingly shine on the blade of the healers knife. We can all look at our lives and say ‘I should have done this or I should have done that’ or not if the case may be but this person in particular was throwing shade at those within the spiritual community for their mislead beliefs that the vaxxes doesn’t cause harm as there is more to it than what it seems. I am neither for or against those arguments as I simply believe, as I have said above, that we all make our decisions, and we did so well before we even arrived here at this time, for this time so it is pointless to fight over who is right or wrong as there is simply no such thing. Again, please see my previous post on NEUTRALITY to understand why swinging from side to side on things is more of a problem than any vax could ever be….

So on that, it made me look at the one thing that truly is so important to understand when it comes to our healing. The one thing that is essential to our upgrades, organic states and ascension and that, if we can connect to it and become it WE CAN TRANSMUTE far and above the density and that my friends, is the LIGHT!

Just to be clear also, if you have experienced or might experience anyone that has suffered from what you believe to be a vax injury please understand that there are again deeper reasons for everything that is evolving and unfolding right now. Death will come for us all but, is death really what we even think it is? Is this place even real? We need to rise above the fears of what we think anything harmful has caused us because very honestly, we have all lived our lives far from cleansed and pure. We could blame a million things for the million problems that have caused us density, trauma and neglect. We fell far and hard. But now we heal and rise up. How?

By following the true light…..

NEUTRALITY – EMOTIONAL BALANCE AND HOW TO FIND IT

I recorded a mini podcast that looks at the significance of emotional neutrality and how and why it is important.

The podcast was a brief reflection only and by no means offers much specific insight but it is an eye opener that pays attention to some of the areas pertaining to the overview of emotions but I thought that it was interesting that right now, so many of us are experiencing this strange period of being in the neutral space – The void it feels like. Somewhat like a waiting room where we’re looking from the inside out at the chaos that surrounds, witnessing the madness of everyone else’s extremes.

For the last few years, I have spent so much time saying GO WITHIN and I’m not sure the force of that has really hit as hard as it should have to many. The force of extremes hit hard for myself and I’ve always been open and honest about my journey and how I have hit rock bottoms and sky highs and only when we go within, do we ever find neutrality as that is the only place you can start to slow down the pendulum of extremes and seek to find the peace and quiet that can help you get there.

So please take a listen and if any of what I point on resonates then great! It is just a quick blurb and I finished it off by explaining another audio I recorded that takes a look at the energy of our children and how their excessive behaviour at the moment is a direct reflection of our external emotional chaos as adults and they are signalling us to take a look at the things that need to change. It’s a bit far out one but much like anything I talk about, my energy always looks at things from every angle, and again, only when you have circled the full 360 can you ever come to a neutral point, so it is important to consider different perspectives and opinions. Where are children are right now is a place that will push us to the edge and force us to see things for how they’re seeing them.

Only then can we really make any change!

EMBODIMENT – A CATCH UP AND NEW SERIES

Hello everyone! 

Wow, it’s been a while. I haven’t used this space here because I have been somewhat overwhelmed with life aaaaah. The pressures of work, home, life etc, you understand, we have all been there. But I thought it a good time now I am on half term to make a point of connecting and saying hi and to put out my intentions and give a little update. I am initiating a project that is aligned with my current psychology masters and so while I am on various module topics, I am wanting to coincide the topics with what pieces I am putting out for you all that can hopefully be useful, helpful, interesting etc

And on that note, I have started a podcast series called ‘ALL THE SCATTERED PIECES‘  where we take a look at the disconnected fractals of our whole selves and how we can learn to put them all back together. We can thank the sweet boy I work with for the name of this as he was the one that, through one of his guided sessions came up with the notion that we are indeed scattered parts lost and that we are here to go on a massive treasure hunt to find them all and stick them back together! I mean, WOW! 

So I recorded a couple of podcasts last week. They’re all up on my blog and they cover a couple of topics. Just a briefing:

1) States of neutrality (A deep look in to why and what this means)

These were 2 separate podcasts but I linked them together as they flowed well with the topics discussed

The EMBODIMENT podcast in particular is taking a look at a 30 day course creation: AVATAR, that I am working on for those of you that either wish to work on self guided healing or those of you that can’t get on to a 1 to 1 talk session with me due to scheduling issues (As mentioned, due to school schedules and time differences, I can now only offer afternoon sessions I do apologize) 

So, what is the EMBODIMENT COURSE?

The course looks at 30 days of YOU checking in to how your body is feeling. The course uses somatic psychotherapy tools and techniques to help guide you and provide you with the skills to help you understand your own body and how to respond to what it is telling you. In doing so, you start to piece back the disconnected parts of you to a more connected whole.

Each day, there will be material for you to access that will provide you with the keys to unlock the topics that are laid bare for you to discover.

There will be a daily video check in that will help guide you through each sequence of practice and there will be a variety of reading materials, daily prompts and a chance for you to record your feedback and log your findings.

At the end of the 30 days, I would like you to submit your recorded work back to me and I will complete a final assessment, as will you, and we will see how you feel after the course has completed.

Anyone registered on the course will receive my FREE 30 day gut health reset plan and can also contact me via WhatsApp to discuss the course at the end of each week.

The course will likely be ready just in time for Christmas and I will keep you all updated on the creation and designs as I go but the topics just for interest will look a little something like……

THE PSYCHOLOGY OF OUR MIND HOUSES

There are people that are known as hoarders. Some might laugh in disbelief at their obscene behavior, little understanding the psychology that goes with the obsession of hoarding possessions and yet, even in the mildest form, we are ALL victims of this disorder without even realizing.

There was a woman I had heard of that came from here in Cyprus. Going back 50 yrs her family were involved in an uprising and her father was shot dead. From that instant moment, anything that triggered a memory response to that timeframe was kept as a keep sake. She ended up spending her entire adulthood hoarding all and anything as her obsession took over and what started off as a small, localised thing that gave her comfort quickly turned in to something that she could no longer control and it was controlling her. Every area of her home was piled floor to ceiling with ‘stuff’ to the point that she was needing to climb over furniture to move in to another room. Only when you understand the cause of the triggers and can accept the reasons why your mind works the way it does can you free yourself from it. This acceptance often means releasing yourself from the things you were really holding on to, in her case her actual father but she replaced her father with material items as a way to hold on to him, not realising that the false representations caused a lifetime of pain and trauma. Sometimes, we even do realise but we are just not willing to ‘LET GO’. Our minds are what control us.

At the end of the day, you will never be able to choose, select, think or decide for other people. Another way of looking at our mind houses – Every person has their own narrative about you. Everyone is living in their own house and what people tend to do is go to the house of their neighbour and snoop in their gardens, garages and drive ways to compare their lives to their own and weigh out the differences between material possessions and the physical realities of those around them. We all do it. It’s what manifests our material reality construct. We go and observe our neighbours houses and yet we lock themselves out of our own. We worry about what other people think. Comparisons and assumptions based on the perceptions of others realities that don’t concern us and yet we preoccupy ourselves with the lives and presumed perceptions of others that our own houses crumble. Getting caught up in external things, such as people, possessions, circumstantial trauma and occurrences that may or may not concern us are filling our own houses with boxes of clutter that we don’t need.

Empty the boxes, sweep out the clutter and sit quietly in the emptiness of your own house and go within. The external isn’t real. It is just a manifestation of what your mind creates. When you lose your mind, you find eternal freedom

Humble Forest Tea – Pine needle tea and why you should be drinking this regularly!

Autumn has begun and we are up in the North of England where we have had an unusually slow start to the season in comparison to recent years. I am not complaining as I think that the slower the season is to start and depending on the summer we have had the trees have a particularly vivid and intense hue about them and this year they are really rusty and vibrant.

After the kids are dropped off and before I sit down to a days work it is my most sacred time of day to get out for a walk with my beautiful Lola lab and soak up some sun and nature while I set intentions and my feel for the rest of the day. We’re incredibly lucky that where we live is surrounded by 3 nature reserves and lakes, of which we work alongside the conservation team for our ONE HEALTH project (details to follow, we are just launching a new website) and this particular time of year is so beautiful over at the lakes because the season is slowing down so the birds are at ease, quietly gliding around though far less frantically and eagerly as before and there is a soft stillness about the energy in the ponds as they either migrate or hunker down for winter approaching.

Where we are is quite far North close to the Scottish boarders so we have a good number of Scots Pines in and around or Forest areas and we’re inundated with berries so we have a good forage when we head out and make up batches of treats to keep us thriving through winter. We already made our elderberry syrup, which the kids have a big spoon of every day when they get home from school to prevent viral bugs and nasties and the blackberry bushes are looking like they’ve met the hands of many greedy kids since they started blooming.

Anyhow today, we found a great collection of cranberries (Guelder Rose to be exact) and we are going to make up a jam that I will post tomorrow once I have steralized all the jars and so on. The star of the show today though and for good reason, is the Scots pine tea that we forage and make about once a week.

This is the simplest tea in the world to make but is a powerhouse of nutrients. Here is a slight summary of the amazing benefits of pine needle tea and why you should be drinking it!

  • So, firstly, it tastes great! Forest tea is like Christmas is a mug! Good start
  • It is PACKED with Vitamin A and C so great for your eyes, skin, hair and immune function and helps regenerate red blood cell production
  • On that, it is a super anti-viral and can speed away bugs and helps sore throats and coughs that already exist
  • It is EXCELLENT for kidney function and helps eliminate kidney stones
  • It’s packed with antioxidants and can reduce free radicals and cellular damage
  • It is superb at soothing shooting pains and rheumatica
  • It helps to aid mental clarity and focus
  • It has been long used by Native Americans and Taoist monks as they understand the fantastic benefits and its ability to promote spirituality and a longer life.

So here’s a little ‘How to’ video to hopefully give you some inspiration to go and forage your own now you know how good it is for you. Nature knows… Please don’t forage more than you need or know you will use.

Forest Tea

Method;

We started by crushing and chopping the pine needles to release their essential oils and then steeped them in filtered water for 10-15 mins. At about 10 mins we added 1 teaspoon of Chaga mushroom powder (You can leave this out it is totally optional, we just like the earthiness combo) and then at 15 mins we poured it all in to a strainer pot and added some local honey. As simple as that!

THE BEST ANTIOXIDANT, ANTIVIRAL, ANTI-INFLAMMATORY TEA YOU CAN MAKE!
