THE WLB / GAME OF THRONES WORKSHOP

This March April and May 2024 we are running a 4 week ONLINE ZOOM program, each weekly session lasting 1.5 hours across various dates to suit you.

The WLB / GAME OF THRONES workshop will uncover the basic principles and foundations of what is laid out in Kathryn Asher’s book DEAR CHILD and we are going to use this workshop to lay some creative, practical work and get ourselves back to ourselves again and heal our nations! Here we are going to really identify the issues of the workplace and the abuse that has occurred that has forced us to break and then we are going to look at ways in which we can heal ourselves in order to rise up and heal our homes, marriages, families and kingdoms!

WHAT WILL THIS LOOK LIKE?

We will be working through a lot of what is in the soul search book by Kathryn Asher, ‘DEAR CHILD‘ where we will explore ROOT CAUSES, behavioral loops and patterns, trauma bonding, the world of emotions and somatic embodiment and connection.

This workshop is really a way to channel and apply creative and inspiring activities in to your healing journey. We are going to spend each week exploring the many ways we can put our healing in to practical use through journaling, self-connection and alignment for only through intentional root cause weeding and seeding can we really shift our lives. Here we are applying scientifically proven psychological principles and analytical protocols and our own intuition, gut feeling and sovereign mindset

The event is a total 4 week cost of £399 and includes your own copy of the DEAR CHILD book, a full range of online modular assignments and additional reflective content to complete in your own time. This is an incredible existential and functional self-guided therapy approach that you can continue to apply yourself for you, your colleagues and your family!

WEEK 1

OBJECTIVES FOR WEEK 1

  • Understanding what is trauma and how the workplace is both directly and indirectly responsible for burnout / stress
  • Understanding triggers and coping mechanisms
  • Understanding the basics of where our disconnect comes from
  • Creating safe spaces so we can self- heal
  • Moving into re-connections with ourselves and our loved ones
  • Re-introducing ourselves to ourselves again
  • ASSIGNMENT 1 – Documenting our journey from an emotional perspective and an insightful perspective based on our current WORK LIFE circumstances – We are all different

This week will cover a lot of baseline trauma concepts and scenarios to set a level of understanding so you can identify your own triggers – It will then move into conceptualizing what are your traumas and where they comes from, especially within the workplace and home- How much of our time and selves are we giving away to the workplace leaving us with so little to focus on ourselves – It will then move into creating safe zones so that when we feel overwhelmed we can tap back into ourselves and then lastly, we will commence ASSIGNMENT 1, which will be a very interactive and interpersonal timeline / vision board and journal creation for you to re-connect, play and explore the world of emotions, thoughts and feelings to go about creating the life that you truly want – Write it and so it is

WEEK 2

OBJECTIVES FOR WEEK 2

  • Exploring the world of emotions and what they really are
  • Introducing the BODY BRAIN CONNECTION (and disconnection)
  • Looking at how emotions show up in the body and how to identify BODY BRAIN synchronicities somatically
  • Looking at somatic healing solutions and coping mechanisms to apply when moving through ANY form of trauma healing
  • Looking at PTSD, Trauma bonds, behavioral loops, addictions and other various disorders and patterns that accompany a dysregulated SELF
  • A deep dive into the nervous system and how all trauma is in the nervous system and is not the response – how to regulate and balance your nervous system somatically
  • A deep look at shadow work – How and why we do this and ways of doing this on a conscious level
  • Going back to our journal again, how do the lessons and finding of week 2 compare now that we have a deeper understanding of how our body and brain actually work and how our emotions are all connected to our body brain
  • ASSIGNMENT 2 – Going back over the time wheel, we will reflect and consider on times when you FELT certain ways as a child / teen / young adult from within your home or workplace

This is the week that now we understand how to set safe zones and spaces for ourselves to explore, we are going to take ourselves to the next level, the place where exploration really gets raw – THE BODY BRAIN. It is said that that homes protect the dreamer so that they can truly dream. Our ‘home’ can be our safe space but we can create a safe space anywhere, any time once we know how but, YOUR REAL HOME is your body. That is where you need to start to feel safe but that is one of the hardest things to do when every emotion under the sun moves through it daily and you feel vulnerable, exposed unprotected and often don’t or can’t appreciate your BODY because of situations in your past but – Here we are going to look at coping mechanisms, ways to LOVE and appreciate your body and brain in new ways, how to shift your mindset and how to connect and understand all the feelings, thoughts and sensations on a conscious level so that you can really move into the next stage of your journey. If you’re a parent, you might during this week see that you are not just doing this for you – You are doing it for your family and children too!

WEEK 3

OBJECTIVES FOR WEEK 3

  • Looking at your personal life – The highs and lows
  • The sanctity or a marriage and a home – Do you have a magical kingdom or a nightmare on elm street?
  • How the sexes work in their own ways and how to create equality in a modern house and home
  • The power of communication – We’re all too exhausted to keep fighting, so lets fix it
  • Making sure we know what we really want – We can only create magic from an authentic place
  • How to take some power back and create the balance so your home can heal
  • Changing the ways we talk to ourselves and others
  • Looking at how the past has hurt us through false perceptions, limiting beliefs and people pleasing
  • Empaths v Narcassists
  • ASSIGNMENT 3 – Let’s get serious about what our future looks like. In order to do that, we need to TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. We’ve laid the ground work now. This is a time to visualize what we want and structure out how we’re going to get it

In week 3, we are going to look at ways in which giving away our time and selves for the benefit of an outside ‘powerhouse’ aka workplace takes away the ability to empower our own powerhouse and how we need to start taking some power and control back into the home – The home and family come first – Creating solutions to heal the home via communication – Making a clear vision of the future we want. What needs to go, what can stay, what needs changing, cleaning, stitching back together?

  • Victim mentality V Empowerment mentality
  • Taking our power back
  • Boundaries – ways to protect yourself and your world
  • Give yourself permission to change
  • The power of visualisation and Affirmations
  • Manifesting the future – Creating new worlds created by YOU
  • Reflection on all that we have explored throughout the 4 weeks and how we have applied all the content in order to foresee a clearer and more conscious future
  • ASSIGNMENT 4 – CREATING OUR VERY OWN KINGDOM. You are connected and empowered, with yourself and / or your partner take each others hand and start to create in whatever way works for you a world of your very own.

In this final week of the workshop, we are going to CREATE! This week will be where we are each going to bring our whole, connected self back into the classroom, workplace and home and re-write our story so it really is ours

We will have a timeline glance over all our lineages. The past, the present and the future all together in the now and we will use this week to visualise and set the intention for the life we want. Week 4 will look deeply into the world of manifestation, what is manifestation, how to manifest and how to utilize your visual powers. In the final chapter of the workshop, with our new found sovereign empowerment and blank canvas by which to create, we will write out our intention and cast our desires out into the world. Re-writing the stars is how we change the world. If you want to change the world, you have to change yourself! But you have to FIND yourself first!
