  • I’m well supported, in a trusted community with time and resources for me to do all the things I want and need

Most of us spend the day full of cortisol, racing from one thing to the next that by bedtime we realise, we’ve not had time to unwind, to move our bodies properly, not had the support we need throughout the day in our work place or home and we’re living on our nerves, unsatisfied, depressed and anxious

WEEK 1: IDENTIFY THE ROOT CAUSE PROBLEM AREAS– Learning how to identify problem areas or places where things need to change. Addressing the concerns and calling them out

WEEK 2: STRATEGIES – Starting to create solutions. Finding ways to heal. Looking at how to create safe spaces. A deep dive into the world of emotions. Looking at protocols or formulas that you can integrate into your daily life across all fields.

WEEK 3: ACTION – Putting all our strategies into action. Looking at ways to make realistic changes that will last. Creating rituals over routines. Applying shifts in mindset and emotional health to gain empowerment and control but through a state of flow

WEEK 4: THE ZOOM ROOM – 2 hours of roundtable where we look over surveys, data, discuss strategies and have some thoughtful insight and input from everyone in your team

WEEK 1: The CONSCIOUS / SUBCONSCIOUS MIND – Getting CONSCIOUS with how we move through our daily work life sets the tone for how our entire week will unfold. A real game changer in behavioural dynamics and how we can flip the script on our very own thoughts and outcomes

WEEK 2: VALUES AND WORTH – How changing the way we use and present information by seeing things from other perspectives can offer new insights that can really alter our perceptions and help bring more balance

WEEK 3: LEADERSHIP AND ETHICS – Looking at new and improved ways to work in leadership and management. How we can really start to create new policies and structures based on new perspectives and better work culture dynamics

WEEK 4: CLIENT COMMUNICATION – Helping with ways to empower your teams as we look at varied methods of client communication from client perspective outwards – How we can create a successful and confident dynamic by considering things from the client perspective rather than the insider practice view. Game changing ways to handle patient / client culture

A one off publication that will share in detail all of our core insights collected over the last few years. You will be able to access this as a base publication for free, where you can see all the stats in their most general format or you can purchase the FULL exclusive report for a fixed price fee. We are nominating a very reasonable fee in comparison to other analytic and market insights sources that charge whack for the data spills but here at HUMANOLOGY we chose to feedback to our networks as reasonably as possible so that everyone has the change to transparently see the how – what – where – when – why comparisons which can then lead to a more enabled way to create future positive outcomes across the board
