In chapter 2, we are looking at the effects of our upbringing and how the implications of our upbringing impacts our emotional health, on both a conscious and a sub-conscious level.

Often, we aren’t aware of our feelings or the root cause of our feelings so trauma loops and cycles end up repeating and round and round we go, unsure of how to truly get to the core of the ‘problem’ or feeling
