AN INTRO ON TRAUMA INSIGHTS – A BIT OF A READ FOR THOSE THAT WOULD LIKE SOME FURTHER CONSIDERATION

Welcome to this introduction into what can be expected throughout my book THE BOOK OF BEGINNINGS – DEAR CHILD and I am using this space to be quite frank and direct about the importance and understanding of what trauma truly is, as in our current stage of human collective and intrapersonal awareness, we have NEVER been this much in need of trauma healing.

As an EFT (Emotional freedom technique) and somatic trauma councillor, it shocks me to date how many people I speak with who quaff at the mention of trauma. They have none. How ridiculous I suggest they do and what a way to make people feel inadequate and insecure when according to them their lives are trauma free.

They’re all good yet, they’ve got alcohol problems, marriage problems, issues communicating with their own parents or children, various unnecessary or preventable health concerns, they’re burnt out at work, when put under the microscope aren’t really sure of who they are beyond surface level unless it features on their CV and they’re in desperate need of a holiday but THEY’RE TOTALLY FINE because according to many, unless you’ve been raped, held at gunpoint, been on the frontline of a war or survived unspeakable catastrophes trauma isn’t applicable.

Most seem to be under the illusion or rather delusion that as long as you’re ‘winning at life’ ie, you’ve a great house, it’s well designed with all the latest mod cons, you’ve cash in the bank, a fancy car, cracking body to die for and a labelled wardrobe to dress it, a partner that looks, smells and sounds great on your arm and in your bed, well behaved children in your shadows and an instagram profile to match, well you’re all set….

Welcome to the lie!

All these material things mean nothing. You can’t take them with you when you go. You didn’t come in with them either. They are superficial vanities masking your true purpose. Take them away and what are you? Who are you?

Trauma comes from any experience that has ever made you feel inadequate, unheard, unseen, invalidated and vulnerable. It can be something as seemingly insignificant as a breakup that never got proper closure or clarity. The loss of someone close to you that hurt you more than you consciously realise. The loss of a job or home that shakes your reality and causes your nervous system to react rather than respond and put guards up around you to protect you from further instability. It can be a parent that spoke to you in ways you wish they didn’t or a teacher that made you feel worthless. It could be a situation in which you felt fear or threat, whether you were aware of why or not and to whatever degree. It could be a memory of something from far back in your past that you can’t quite remember clearly but the shadow of it haunts you often enough for you to know it’s there

WE ALL HAVE TRAUMA – WE ALL HAVE WORK TO DO

When I wrote ‘THE BOOK OF BEGINNINGS’ many people asked me why I focus so intently on systemic trauma and the patriarchal embed within our collective structure / system and those asking seem somewhat threatened and defensive about my stance on this and how it correlates to trauma responses and healing.

I feel the need to be very clear and specific without appearing rude but, the system and its influence is the ENTIRE root cause of ALL our problems. FACT. If we look back over the course of time as far back as we can possibly go, we have lived in a system that has used us for its own advantage. It doesn’t care about you yet we have seemingly no ‘choice’ to operate within it – Be present within it and because of the stress the system causes us through its operating system rules and regulations, we have become professionals at operating within it with without presence and have become a ghosted, disconnected version of ourselves throughout this ‘reality’ or ‘timeframe’ we exist in.

Never before has it possessed such a stranglehold over us. The COST OF LIVING aka the price to pay for us being here has become such a disproportioned and unrealistic outcome thanks to the system that we have allowed to control us. The time has come now, that we have to acknowledge this as fundamentally, this has been the entire root cause of most everything that has ever caused us any stress or trauma

Now, if you’re someone with a bank filled with numbers and all the material stuff most seem to believe is important, you might find the statements I’ve just made to be utterly without credit. You’re fine, so that can’t be true. This is almost an egotistical projection of what many call ‘Stockholm syndrome’ where you defend your master regardless of his evil doings because without those things that provide you with your well earned comfort, you would be forced to experience something that could perhaps provide you with a level of discomfort but you could consider then that comfort itself is trauma, because it’s masking you from a deeper purpose or experience, once that you reject because perhaps you’re fearful that you won’t succeed or be supported or have what it takes etc etc. It’s the unknown so, stick to what you know and stay comfortable, thus enabling a monster to control you

NOONE IS WITHOUT TRAUMA

But the operating system as it has been allowed to function and still to this day does – On FULL SPEED at present, is giving you the opportunity to see where your fears are rooted. What are you so afraid of?

Historically, the system has instilled a belief in us throughout the work place and education system that we must NOT show our emotions. There is no place for displays of emotions, especially men, so please face the front and pay attention. This suppression of our abilities to feel as sentient beings has birthed such a dangerous predator within our communities known as WETIKO sickness. It is pure narcissistic ego sickness where you have switched off your soul and sentience in replacement of a virus that makes humanity its own worst enemy. Where empathy goes to die and pure selfishness, greed and thirst for power takes over, enabled by the system because it encouraged us to not connect to our emotions and to certainly not be able to project or digest them in healthy ways.

As someone that spent their final dissertation in philosophy focusing on CONSCIOUSNESS, I spent a lot of time looking into shadow work and the unconscious and subconscious mind. Shadow is the archetype of the unconscious that we all share. The way out of it is through awareness of the unconscious, awareness of our past traumas and a shift in mind / brain states and how we process our thoughts in order to reprogram our mind and shift our past pain into something that no longer senses to threaten us so that we can release it and move on

It sounds complicated but, It is truly as complicated or as simple as you CHOSE to make it. Limiting mindsets, beliefs, lifestyles and foundations are what you chose to have them be. Breaking out of the box and exploring new realities and altered mind states seems to terrify most people or they’re simply unwilling to try because it ‘sounds weird’ or ‘doesn’t make sense’

MAKE IT MAKE SENSE

As you will come to learn throughout the BOOK OF BEGINNINGS – DEAR CHILD is that the SENSE part of the equation is not in your thoughts or mind at all, its actually in your body. The sensory vehicle that moves you through experience to experience and via the body / brain connection, your EMOTIONS not your thoughts are what end up getting stored within the body SENSING your feelings as you experience them so, if you DO NOT process your emotions as they move through you, they get stuck, resulting in disease (aka dis-ease – the opposite of ease being struggle), disability (aka dis-able – the opposite of able being unable to function and operate as we we’re built to) and dysfunction (A nervous system rooted in sympathetic flares of fight flight and freeze dysfunction that wreak havoc on our hormones, brain and body in so many ways)

EMOTIONS

Energies in motion. All these things we feel are effectively the fuel source for every single memory we have had as a human collective over the period of our entire existence, making up lifetimes of genres, epochs and timelines that we move through. When those emotions are running high and we’re happy, joyful, things are great and we’re on a HOME RUN (AKA, home = soul and we’re tapped in) the frequencies lift and we’re floating on a cloud in a dreamlike state we hope will never end but, then along comes a scenario to alter the vibe. The loss of a job. A sickness in the family. A war being pumped out by the globalists that bring us into states of panic and fear. The frequency drops and it’s tough to pick back up, especially if you aren’t living a conscious lifestyle with awareness and purpose of WHY you are choosing each experience and with a goal in mind for each choice. Most of us are merely moving through the notions of life in a deep slumber. There’s no awareness of their true reality. They just robotically do the 9-5 then come home and robotically do the meal time catch up, the hour in front of the TV, the bath before the bed before the same old sex / book / time on tablet then sleep and REPEAT.

THIS is the human product of THE SYSTEM – It wants you compliant. It wants you obedient and it does not want you to think for yourself and it certainly doesn’t want you to FEEL for yourself.

WE DO NOT QUESTION WHO WE ARE AND WHY WE ARE HERE NEARLY ENOUGH

If you haven’t asked the ‘why’ and really dug deep on this question, chances are you’re in the above slumber. If you have and you’re at that stage of asking ‘Is this all there is?’ or ‘What is the purpose of all this?’ – Then you might be at the point of scratching the surface of what’s beyond the veil. Think of the Truman show. He had his life designed, directed and produced for him. He was in the slumber until he started ‘scratching the surface’ and realised that beyond the theatre curtain and the point where the sea and sky meet, you can peel the canvas away and reveal whole new worlds of possibility. But then all of a sudden, just as you start to climb the staircase to heaven, a memory might creep in or the uncertainty of what’s beyond the veil might pull you back so you retreat into your comfortable box house on your white picket fenced estate and carry on the routines of slumber.

I am by no means being judgemental or critical when I point this out. I often go back to my comfort zones and often they are useful but as you will learn within the book also, there is a difference between COFMORT ZONES AND SAFE ZONES, but I am pointing it out because, the entire cycle of life that we are actively engaged in is a literal and linear trauma response of evolve or repeat within a mathematical field of consciousness, where we keep replaying and repeating trauma loops over and over again until we either learn the lessons or timeline jump into other versions of ourselves to either bypass the trauma or change the dialogue of the experience we were experiencing. Nothing is by chance. We chose it and create it all ourselves but at some point, in order to evolve out of the limited field and into higher states of consciousness we have to remember our past and who we really are in order to level up and expand the fields. As a collective, this is exactly what we are doing right now. If you’re not prepared to make the shifts just yet, that’s ok, it’s not a race but if you are, a helping hand and some guidance might be a good idea because awakening through trauma can bring its breakdowns but please remember, on the other side of the healing journey are the breakthroughs – The AHA moments, the feeling of enlightenment, THE CONNECTION!

It doesn’t even have to be complicated. We don’t need to sit for hours doing regression therapy work or deep state hypnosis to master all the before’s to connect them to the now. We simply need to BE AWARE that they existed in the first place.

As I mention in the breakdown of ‘THE BOOK OF BEGINNINGS’ the 1973 movie with Barbra Streisand and Robert Redford ‘The way we were’ looks at retrograding timelines and healing past wounds and the lyrics of the song that Barbra Streisand wrote for the movie are as follows:

Memories
Light the corners of my mind
Misty watercolor memories
Of the way we were

Scattered pictures
Of the smiles we left behind
Smiles we gave to one another
For the way we were

Can it be that it was all so simple then?
Or has time re-written every line?
If we had the chance to do it all again
Tell me, would we?
Could we?

Memories

What’s too painful to remember
We simply to choose to forget

So it’s the laughter

It speaks of memories, in the ‘CORNERS OF YOUR MIND’ Misty water coloured (AKA not so clear) that in order to make clear we need to re-visit then so that we can be aware of our past- Or has time re-written every line? (AKA – Memory wipes and on to the next chapter. YOU are in control of your timelines, not anything outside of you)and that while beautiful, what’s too painful to remember, we simply chose to forget. (burying our head in the sand – cancel culture – masking our vision.) Remember the darkness is your friend as well. We live in a dualistic universe. You must see it all to experience it all and vice versa) It’s the laughter that we remember but, we cannot just delete the trauma because in doing so, we do not heal it and it stays stuck within our SENSORY BODY until we do, manifesting itself through our physical body, dysregulating our nervous system and causing us to feel disconnected

THIS is why I blame the system BUT what is outside of you does not need to enter your reality. YOU create your reality and when you have done the inner child work and reconnected to that WHOLE YOU from the beginning to the YOU that stands with you now, you become empowered and free to create exactly what you want in your life exactly how you want it to be and the great thing is that once you connect the dots and the puzzle pieces back together again, you connect to SOUL and my beloved friends, THAT is when the experience of life starts to get REALLY GOOD. That’s when you find out WHO YOU REALLY ARE and why we’re really here!

YOU ARE MORE THAN YOU KNOW – DO YOU REMEMBER?

My 14 year old daughter (mini me from the 90’s) sat down and helped me create a playlist of songs that’s lyrics truly speak of the times we’re living through. A collection of songs from the 40’s to date (not gonna lie since the millennium the list is not extensive and that the majority of truly awakened high vibe power songs came from the 60s 70s and 90’s) so please give them a re-play and truly HEAR the power behind the lyrics. Many you’ve listened to over and over I’m sure but maybe not ever HEARD the words but many songs have the power to shift our mind states and bring us into higher places.
