This group has been created by ALL OF YOU, FOR ALL OF YOU on the back of a years worth of data from our WORK / LIFE BALANCE focus group, where it has become clear as day that the places and spaces most are struggling in are within the domains of societal gaps, cultural gaps and gender / age role imbalances.
KINGS AND QUEENS – DIVIDE AND DIE OR CONNECT AND CONQUER?
So we have created this focus group for ALL of you (men and women of all ages and backgrounds) to open up about the complexities of your life dynamics. Whether they involve work, marriage, parenting, sexuality, gender, finance, social, mental, emotional and more…
You can still apply to this even if you’re single and childfree…..
Looking at where things have steered into spaces that rock our values, our worth, our overall health and wellbeing and then looking at ways that with these findings, we can start to heal these spaces and re-direct back to where we move into next
IN ORDER TO CREATE NEW, HEALTHY FRAMEWORKS THAT BENEFIT US, WE HAVE TO IDENTIFY THE OLD ONES THAT NO LONGER DO AND TEAR THEM DOWN

The questions we will be putting out will be specific to:

All of our surveys, polls and questionnaires are anonymous and orchestrated via a participant ID and results are kept within the focus group and are not at any point sold out to external suppliers or agents
NO-ONE EVER SAID IT WOULD BE EASY BUT, RECENTLY IT’S GOT SO HARD NO-ONE CAN SEE A WAY OUT…..

We’re steered towards this perfect ideal life – But the brutal reality is that it is far from perfect and that fairytale portrait isn’t the same for everyone. Our uniqueness and individualism should be something we all authentically embrace and walk through life sharing but, we’re also encouraged through polarities, divisive agendas and built-in beliefs that we have to hide parts of ourselves away to not make anyone else uncomfortable
We then lose sense of who we truly are and stop living life through our own authentic lens. We start playing false roles with faded masks or broken values and this is the root cause of where its all gone wrong.
So, how can we start to make it right?
If we want to leave our children and future generations a world that is safer where they don’t have to carry our damage or trauma, we need to start being honest with ourselves and those we’re closest to about what needs to change…….

As our focus groups aims at keeping our attendees information anonymous from any of our published recorded report stats, we will issue you with a USER ID at registration and aside from your name, the email you use to register and a contact phone number to facilitate interviews at a time convenient to you no other personal information is required.
(Please see our non disclosure and GDPR agreements and T’s +C’s to see that we do not use your personal data in any form and only use the information you have provided throughout the focus group for data collection purposes relevant to our insights collection)
THE FOCUS GROUP IS CONDUCTED AS FOLLOWS:
- REGISTER BELOW
- COMPLETE SURVEY WE SEND TO YOU (NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES NEEDED TO COMPLETE)
- WE WILL THEN SEND YOU OUT A 3 PART SURVEY TO COMPLETE WITH REGARDS TO THE FULL SPECTRUM G.O.T OVERVIEW. YOU WILL HAVE 3 WEEKS TO COMPLETE THIS AND SEND IT BACK TO US
- 6 MONTHS LATER, WE WILL SEND YOU OUT PART 2 OF OUR SURVEY AND AGAIN, YOU WILL HAVE 3 WEEKS TO COMPLETE IT AND SEND IT BACK
- AT THE END OF THE YEAR WE WILL SEND YOU OUT THE FINAL 3 PART SERIES OF QUESTIONS WHICH ARE A COMBINATION OF EVERYTHING YOU ALREADY ANSWERED TO COMPARE DATA FINDINGS. THAT WILL BE YOUR PART OF THE FOCUS GROUP COMPLETE
ALL RESEARCH FNIDINGS WILL BE PUBLISHED QUARTERLY THROUGH MEANS OF A BASE STATS PUBLICATION AND VIA VISUAL INFOGRPAHIC SEGMENTS UPLOADED ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT THE COLLECTIVE RESULTS LOOK LIKE AS WE GO
AT THE END OF THE FOCUS GROUP, A COMPLETE EXTENSIVE AND EXCLUSIVE CORE DATA REPORT WILL BE PUBLISHED VIA OUR HUMANOLOGY RESEARCH REPORT AND WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE

You will always remain anonymous regardless of which group you join and your USER ID will be how we collect your data so please rest assured that what is shared with us, stays with us. The only data we do obtain from you is your email address, contact phone number for interview purposes and preferred name. At NO POINT is your personal data ever shared outside of Fortis Recruitment Ltd and SomaLife
Your personal data is kept on file for the duration of the focus group you join (usually 2 years) and you have every right if you wish to cancel your communication with us to request that your contact details be terminated from our system at any time
We operate under the MRS CODES OF CONDUCT and adhere to its new and updated revisions enforced in August 2023 that aims to protect and regulate first rate research, insights and data practice and upon said updates we can confirm that all of our contracts and non-disclosure agreements and terms and conditions (which you can find below) are all up to date and aim to protect YOU the participant at all times throughout our relationship together and US the practitioner in ensuring that all our work with you is maintained using the highest codes of ethics and standards
If, at any time, you believe that you have been poorly services and wish to make a complaint, although we sincerely hope that would never happen and to date has not, please do know that you can contact us freely and we will assist you with utmost respect by emailing complaints@fortis-vets.com
Our core research report for the period of 2024-2026 will be available at the end of the consultation period. At the end of year 1 we will publish a base stats report for those interested in seeing the results and then once the full report is ready, you can purchase the volume online
