- ASSIGNMENT 4 – CREATING OUR VERY OWN KINGDOM. With the inner child you have connected back to, take each others hand and start to create in whatever way works for you a world of your very own.
In this final week of the workshop, we are going to CREATE! This week will be where we are each going to bring our little child (our actual little mini me from our past) back into the classroom with the adult us and learn about how we can re-write the stars
We will have a timeline glance over all our lineages. The past, the present and the future all together in the now and we will use this week to visualize and set the intention for the life we want. Week 4 will look deeply into the world of manifestation, what is manifestation, how to manifest and how to utilize your visual powers. In the final chapter of the workshop, with our new found sovereign empowerment and blank canvas by which to create, we will PAINT / COLLAGE / CRAFT / PHOTOGRAPH / VISION BOARD out our intention and timeline into the world. Re-writing the stars is how we change the world. If you want to change the world, you have to change yourself! But you have to FIND yourself first!

Before we conclude and move into the final creative masterpiece of this workshop, I want to spend a moment just having a look at some of the most crucial aspects that follow on from what we’ve been speaking about thus far
We have looked at:
Body Brain connections
Emotions
Root causes
Trauma bonds
Self Reflection
Catharsis
Transformation
Empaths V Narcassists
Values and worth
And now, in order to move forwards into a place of EMPOWERMENT AND SOVEREIGN CREATORSHIP there is one final consideration in order to make sure that we can move into this STATE OF EMPOWERMENT with grace and efficacy and that is on the subject of…….
BOUNDARIES
So, please give this final audio a listen and we will follow on with a few considerations for SELF EMPOWERMENT AND DEVELOPMENT in order to get you inspired and motivated for this FINAL CURTAIN CALL
Haven’t we come far! I mean, we’ve gone right back to the very beginning….And we have got to a point where we have a choice to make. Are we going to create a life worthy of us? Worthy of our own goals, desires, hopes, intentions where we can really stand our feet on the ground and reach for the stars or are we going to be right back here going through all this material again in a years time?
The decision is yours and there’s no judgement or criticism if you do move backwards because as I am sure we have established by now going over what we have, time moves forwards, backwards, side to side and allows us all the time and space we need in order to grow, expand, transform so don’t be in too much of a rush to get it right and head to the finish line BUT rather ENJOY THE JOURNEY with a fresh perspective that this journey is YOURS FOR THE LIVING
Sometimes small steps are better than giant leaps – Sometimes a trip to the past is the best thing to heal old wounds – Sometimes simply doing nothing at all is just the freeze point where we need to be in order to rest, restore and relax before we catch up with some mega bolts in our big pants but
and again I say BUT……THIS TIME, we’re doing it on OUR terms! On OUR time frame. With OUR goals in mind and we’re not taking prisoners! This is where we TAKE OUR POWER BACK!
LET’S GET CREATIVE
ASSIGNMENT 4
So, we are going to move into the final moments here and start MODULE 4 by looking at some abstract art / surreal art etc that you can use as inspiration for your very own piece of art which is going to be
A SELF PORTRAIT OF YOU FROM BEGINNING TO NOW TO THE FUTURE
This can look like a painting, collage using multimedia, photography, drawing or even just a visual pinterest timeline board for those that don’t want to get uber arty but, WE ARE ALL THE ARTISTS OF OUR OWN LIVES so I do ask you to get as creative as is possible and I am going to give you some motivational inspiration via the gallery below
Now, my kids are doing this with me, so please feel free to include yours too if you have and before we begin, it might be advisable to START OFF WITH A PINTEREST VISION BOARD in order to assist with laying out the ideas that will create the foundation of your piece aka:
The music you love
A book you adore
Your favorite flowers, smells, perfumes, places, spaces, people, poem etc
Your favorite colour board / style / genre / textile / mood
Your favorite memories / moments / people to include
And for those of you wanting to make a start on this, here is

But for those of you about to get totally jammy with the paint brushes and tear up some old lace and album covers, here are some of my most fave abstract surreal pieces and collage collections to give you some vibey inspo!

TIPS AND TRICKS
It is advisable to go get yourself a canvas or, if you wish to do a PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE collage then perhaps 3 canvases and whatever material you wish to use
- Printed photographs
- Paints
- Charcoals
- Multimedia – magazine cut outs, record covers, wrapping, packaging, adverts, beer mats, posters, paper, textiles, graphics, text cut outs, signs, old books, letters, postcards etc
- Glue, tape, staples, nails, safety pins, any jewelry you wish to include
This is YOUR OWN WORK OF ART so you can do it in your own time and according to YOUR OWN design goals and desires but…
If you do want to join in with our IN PERSON group that are all joining in together to get creative, we don’t have a concrete date in mind yet but we are planning for an August meet up (weather permitting as where we are is stinking hot in August so if there is no air con, we may reschedule but) we can set up a live cam and all do a zoom art session for anyone that would like to get a group feel for this project!
Family members and friends are also welcome if not encouraged to also join in! My kids and I will be working on our own portraits and will showcase how we go over on social media

As mentioned above, if you would prefer to simply move over to pinterest and do some gentle vision boards instead of the arty farty stuff, you are more than welcome!
Remember within the pages of DEAR CHILD, we speak about manifesting worlds and how to create future visions and places and spaces we would prefer to exist in and experience so, please do include whatever future projections you have in mind and heart for only will they manifest if we dare to dream them!
