POLE SHIFT – WORK LIFE BALANCE CPD FOR ANYONE IN THE WORKING SPHERES
WEEK 1: IDENTIFY THE ROOT CAUSE PROBLEM AREAS– Learning how to identify problem areas or places where things need to change. Addressing the concerns and calling them out
WEEK 2: STRATEGIES – Starting to create solutions. Finding ways to heal. Looking at how to create safe spaces. A deep dive into the world of emotions. Looking at protocols or formulas that you can integrate into your daily life across all fields.
WEEK 3: ACTION – Putting all our strategies into action. Looking at ways to make realistic changes that will last. Creating rituals over routines. Applying shifts in mindset and emotional health to gain empowerment and control but through a state of flow
WEEK 4: THE ZOOM ROOM – 2 hours of roundtable where we look over surveys, data, discuss strategies and have some thoughtful insight and input from everyone in your team
