OK, so much like I start with any focus point, lets rule out what things are NOT so there is no room for error
ALPHA FEMALE – IS THIS BAD? ABSOLUTELY NOT! But to be a healthy alpha female or male, you need to stand tall and defined as a proud leader / queen that others can follow safely and that comes from you following that safe path to get you to your throne! If your alpha card has come from toxic playgrounds and poor upbringing then – DO THE WORK, HEAL AND PASS THE TEST TO RIGHTFUL LEADERSHIP. No toxicity allowed!
