THE ROOT CAUSE BACK TO THE BEGINNING HEALING WORKSHOP
The back to the beginning workshop will uncover the basic principles and foundations of what is laid out in Kathryn Asher’s book DEAR CHILD and as the book comprises of 4 counterparts, we will dedicate each chapter to each week of the month however, rather than interpret from a psychoanalytical perspective (although this will come in to play) we are going to use this workshop to lay some creative, practical work and get our inner child’s imaginative and active!

The KNOW THYSELF, ‘HELLO, IT’S ME’ workshop is a detailed 10 part breakdown of WHO WE ARE through the lens of philosophy, self-reflection, perception and PERSPECTIVES!
WHO REALLY ARE WE?
The answer to knowing oneself is in REMEMBERING who you are. This course breaks down old beliefs, reflects on values and looks at personalities, archetypes, the body brain and all the many facets that make us who we are. IT IS A DEEP DIVE BACK THROUGH THE MIRROR!
COMING THIS JUNE 2025
The WORK / LIFE BALANCE workshop looks at the divide between the genders, the divide between our paid roles and the other roles we are asked to play that we don’t get paid for.
After all this divide however, how can we start to put the pieces back together and find some balance? This course is a detailed program full of helpful insights, surveys, mental health resilience tips, how to protect yourself from burnout and communication!
IT IS A REALLY GREAT TOOL FOR GIVING YOURSELF THE TRUST TO SLOW DOWN, RECONNECT AND START TO ENJOY LIFE ON YOUR TERMS
