
A BIT OF A PERSONAL JOURNEY
Hello guys and gals!
I am Kat. The host and creative consultant to this part of our ART OF SYNCING program. I am NOT the science behind this project though I am of the firm belief that where there is black and white, there must also be colour so, I am coming on to explain why I am so committed to this project and how it has impacted me in the hope that maybe I can help it impact you!
Here are a couple of audio and video uploads that cover content that relate to the WHOLISTIC topic of our hormonal bodies such as:

Early this year, in fact it was right at the beginning of January, I recorded an audio about HEALTH ANXIETY and I think it’s an important place to start with the consideration of our overall health, the body brain connection and how it all interlinks before we get on to the complexities of the singular topic of hormones.

THE EFFECTS OF TRAUMA, STRESS AND CHAOS ON OUR BODIES AND BRAINS – THE PSYCHOSOMATICS






It has to be said that as a species, we really DO NOT yet understand our own bodies. We think we do, but we do not FEEL we do and most of how our bodies operate is via our sensory nervous system, our brain and the connection to the world around us inside and out that is ALL based on senses and feelings
But we’ve been so encouraged by mainstream life culture to not pay attention to what our bodies are trying to tell us, the language that it speaks and if we get a twinge, a spasm, an uncomfortable itch or twitch, we run to the people that we have empowered over ourselves for truths, answers, explanations. Doctors to give us the answers into whats wrong with us
“I’m dying! What is it? What’s wrong with me? How long have I got doctor?”
This was me back in 2010 and it lasted until 2020. An entire decade of panic, disconnect, MEGA anxiety and more UNTIL I TOOK MY POWER BACK…..Listen below to find out all about my journey
So now, with the personals all out in the open, Let’s have a quick look at exactly what I did to take my power back. As I have explained, I spent a decade teaching myself how to cook clean, how to reinvent my kitchen and transform my health through the use of foods. Alternatives, swaps and drops etc that made all the difference to my life…..

All of the photos of ALL of the food I have snapped and gobbled over the last decade include SWAPS AND DROPS
All my pasta became spelt / buckwheat alternatives or high protein pastas
My breads are sourdoughs, ryes or homebaked omitting perservatives and fillers
My broths are PURE GOLD! Long and slow cooked collagen extractions of absolute magic
Locally grown, seasonal produce from our farmers – Raw milks, Raw honey, veg boxes, meat packs
ALL homemade from scratch for me and my WHOLE family!
I’ve kept all the timestamps on so that you can see, this journey is life long. instant results are not so much a thing. it’s a lifestyle switch












































































































OK, so now we’ve covered how possible it is (I’m a real person just like you) to swap and drop certain things that before were just ‘normal’, you start to see how with just a SHIFT IN PERSPECTIVE, you can switch things up to really start to make integral and realistic changes into your whole lifestyle and that after 3 months or so of implementing these changes in, they too become normal!
