How we can really start to create new policies and structures based on new perspectives and better work culture dynamics – Including, how to handle clients and how your workforce can engage better with your clients
WEEK 4: ZOOM ROOM – Join a small team of other industry leaders that like you, are looking at ways to re-structure your workforce in a more positive field. A 2 hour open table hosted by a variety of HR leadership connsultants so that you can all discuss what you’ve learned and how you intend to show up for your teams – Sharing is caring! WHAT IS INCLUDED?
This workshop is a 4 week recorded downloadable CPD presentation that contains multiple videos on how you can engage and empower your teams through proven psychological and philosophical behaviour insights with a week 4 ZOOM ROOM hosted by one of our HR consultants to discuss all the tools and strategy techniques in greater detail
Additional to the presentations, there will also be access to our confidential focus group that has a range of ETHICS / BEHAVIORAL surveys designed by our in-house psychologists and philosophers that you can answer and return anonymously and we will send you back your results with a detailed strategy plan specific to you
We will also use these results to highlight to your management where flaws fall through visual aided infographic stat charts so that they can see how and where their whole team require more support (ALL results are anonymous and generalised to overview the team dynamics not individuals)
