SUBSCRIBING TO A FOCUS GROUP

You can subscribe to join by clicking on each group above and heading direct to the page where you can complete registration. Once you have signed up, we will issue you with a unique USER ID and send you through access to our surveys. We will also contact you via the email provided to set up an interview consultation at a later date to suit you

Every quarter, we share our non confidential, general stats results with our network so that you can gain a feel for the incoming results. We might also include these general stats in our podcasts, general posts and so on in order to engage more followers as the more people that join in, the more amplified and fortified our results base can be! The louder the crowd, the bigger the sound!

You will always remain anonymous regardless of which group you join and your USER ID will be how we collect your data so please rest assured that what is shared with us, stays with us. The only data we do obtain from you is your email address, contact phone number for interview purposes and preferred name. At NO POINT is your personal data ever shared outside of Fortis Recruitment Ltd and Humanology

Your personal data is kept on file for the duration of the focus group you join (usually 2 years) and you have every right if you wish to cancel your communication with us to request that your contact details be terminated from our system at any time

We operate under the MRS CODES OF CONDUCT and adhere to its new and updated revisions enforced in August 2023 that aims to protect and regulate first rate research, insights and data practice and upon said updates we can confirm that all of our contracts and non-disclosure agreements and terms and conditions (which you can find below) are all up to date and aim to protect YOU the participant at all times throughout our relationship together and US the practitioner in ensuring that all our work with you is maintained using the highest codes of ethics and standards

If, at any time, you believe that you have been poorly services and wish to make a complaint, although we sincerely hope that would never happen and to date has not, please do know that you can contact us freely and we will assist you with utmost respect by emailing complaints@fortis-vets.com

Our core research report for the period of 2024-2026 will be available at the end of the consultation period. At the end of year 1 we will publish a base stats report for those interested in seeing the results and then once the full report is ready, you can purchase the volume online

Our pool of Veterinary participants comes from our in-house practitioner database that we have grown and developed since we started Fortis Recruitment Ltd in 2014 and as per the company data protection agreements and policies we strictly adhere to, we aim to protect every single participant under the UK GDPR legislations and EU GDPR legislations
